To create this urban loft lifestyle in a country setting, the architects, contractor and artisans worked hand in hand with the homeowners every step of the way. Utilizing state-of-the-art modeling and visualization technology, the clients were able to walk through each space, modifying elements and adjusting site orientation to create their perfect residential environment. Budget, materiality and aesthetics could be modified quickly and efficiently to facilitate any ideas or decisions made by the owners and architects. Unlike typical concrete surfaces, often coming across as glorified sidewalks, Concrete Habitat meticulously molds each piece of the project to the client’s exact specifications. Implementing a highly specialized process, Concrete Habitat uses only natural pigments customized to the client’s palette and finishes the surfaces with their patented stain-free finish. Concrete Habitat’s involvement throughout the design process and their flawless execution allowed this residence to even further blend the line between form and function.
