Form and function combine to offer cozy family gathering areas, as well as private office and yoga rooms. Living areas blend seamlessly with outside covered porches and a loggia to suit the lifestyle of an active family. In keeping with the old world theme, all interior finishes are of natural origin. Reclaimed Douglas Fir is used for the trim and custom doors, complimenting concrete terrazzo floors on the main level and French limestone in the master bath. Balconies and railings have custom iron detailing and walkways are composed of granite cobbles from roadways in the Yangtze Valley of China. The custom designed cabinetry provided by Five Star Kitchen Designs, and the finely appointed interiors done by Antiques and Country Pine, all help to create the feel of subtle elegance.
